Manchester City are defending their Premier League title for the fourth successive year and are on course to become the first team to do so as the Cityzens continue their battle with Liverpool and Arsenal.
Making a remarkable comeback to snatch the title from Arsenal’s hands last season, Pep Guardiola’s side is once again gearing up to be at their absolute best for the decisive phase of the season.
While they have been handed major injury blows recently as Kyle Walker and John Stones got injured during the international break with England, the Cityzens still remain the favourites to clinch the title courtesy of Kevin De Bruyne’s return and Erling Haaland’s top form.
Apart from the Premier League, Guardiola is once again competing for the treble as his side is alive in the FA Cup — where they will play Chelsea in the semi-final — as well as the Champions League where they face Real Madrid in the quarter-finals.
While being alive in all three competitions could pose a challenge to Guardiola’s side and pose potential injury threats, having leaders like Rodri, Haaland, De Bruyne, Ruben Dias and others can help them overcome the challenge that is due.
